Flexographic Printing Plates

Here at Rubber Print Design we supply Flexographic printing plates/clichés to the Pharmaceutical, Bag and Label industries. It is with great care and attention that we produce these plates to meet our customer's expectations.

Clichés can be produced in two thicknesses, which are 112 thou or 67 thou.

We provide an excellent Platemaking service and our aim is to have your plates/clichés to you as quickly as possible.

As part of our Platemaking service we provide a proofing service. Proofs can be supplied to our customer by fax or email, plates will only be produced on return of signed approval.

As part of this service we work closely with all of our customers to ensure that we meet their specifications.

Note: Our Maximum plate size is 16 inch's in Width x 12 inch's in Height.

Waterwash Flexographic Cliches

We are delighted to announce we are now producing waterwash cliches on 67 thou thickness material. This material is only suitable to be run with water based inks. Produces amazing results on rubber stamps.
